Background

Today, the De Beers Group is the largest diamond mining company worldwide.

Over 40% of global gem diamonds are produced from De Beers mines in South Africa, and in partnership with government in Botswana, Namibia and Tanzania.

The De Beers mining UK offices were producing a brochure and wanted some photography that captured the feel of the location and staff.

 

Solution

Focalpoint photographed the De Beers office staff and surroundings with an 'off the wall' feel, in a relaxed working atmosphere.

The photography was carried out on location with portable lighting and flash units.

The resulting photos were used for a internal brochure promoting the location and work carried out there.
