Keats was formed in the late 1980s recognising that a high quality independent approach was possible where full attention could be directed towards the client.

Since then the Group has grown to be one of the largest firms on the Surrey/West Sussex/Hampshire borders with nine independently owned Residential offices, as well as the Mayfair Office in London's West End.

Many properties sold by Keats are in areas of dense woodland or have large rural plots. Both of these factors make it difficult to capture the full potential of the property from a ground photo.

 

Solution

Focalpoint provides an ongoing aerial photography service for Keats, which is used on a regular basis.

This is an additional service Keats offer their clients in the event a ground level photograph would not do the property justice.

The service offered to Estate agents is quick and hassle-free. The telescopic mast system is set up in under 15 mins and the photos are taken digitally which, can be downloaded onto a disk on site.
