360° Virtual Tour Solution
Background
The University of Notre Dame was founded in November 1842 by a priest of the Congregation of Holy Cross, Rev. Edward Sorin. It is now represented all over the world including the UK.
Suffolk Street is Notre Dame's oldest and largest undergraduate overseas program and Suffolk Street has been the London Centre for the University of Notre Dame since July 1998.
In an effort to promote undergraduate programs and show the facilities of Suffolk Street, Notre Dame approached Focalpoint.
Solution
Focalpoint created a web-based 360° virtual tour solution for Notre Dame to show prospective students the facilities offered in Suffolk Street.
The virtual tours showed the common room, library, classrooms and the outside location in central London, which can be seen from Trafalgar Square.
For prospective undergraduates, this has proved incredibly popular, allowing the students to get a feel of the University and of course London.
